摘要
研究了以异丙苯为原料采用脱氢方法制备α甲基苯乙烯(αMS)的工艺。在脱氢装置上对国内的几种脱氢催化剂进行评价与筛选,考察了工艺条件以及温度、空速、水油体积比对催化剂活性的影响,并利用正交设计法确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,采用脱氢法制备α甲基苯乙烯,其单程转化率可达75%左右,选择性95%左右,产品总收率64%,精馏后产品纯度可达99%以上。
