摘要
考察了硫酸钴体系沉淀法合成异辛酸钴工艺中皂化率、物料比、反应温度和时间等因素对合成的影响,确定了合成的最佳工艺条件,建立了水相中钴的回收利用新工艺。将整个工艺应用于全流程小试试验中,可保证钴的单程转化率达980%以上,产品的单程收率达960%,总转化率达到9999%,总收率平均达到990%。
The factors such as saponificaton ratio,mass ratio,reactive temperature and time,which affect the synthesis of cobalt isooctanoate by precipitation from cobalt sulfate system,were investigated and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained In addition,a new technique for recovering and reusing of cobalt existed in the water phase after reaction was established The application of this technique results in a single pass conversion of cobalt and a yield of cobalt isooctanoate reaching 98 0% and 96 0% respectively The total conversion of cobalt and average yield of cobalt isooctanoate reach 99 99% and 99 0% respectively
