摘要
由丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、马来酸、层状金属氢氧化物合成了金属有机聚合物PAJC,研究了影响共聚反应的主要因素、所得共聚物的结构及作为降滤失剂在钻井液中的抗盐、抗钙、耐温性能。在本实验条件下PAJC的抗盐、抗钙、耐温性能均优于降滤失剂CMC。
A Metallorganic copolymer, PAJC, is prepared by initiated copolymerization of acrylamide, acrylic acid, maleic acid with a commercial MMH, JN1, in aqueous solution and evaluated in laboratory for filtrate loss reduction, tolerencies to NaCl and calcium, and thermal resistance in a bentonite mud in comparison with a commercial CMC sample. PAJC is shown to be a better drilling fluid additive in all the properties tested than CMC does. The parameters of laboratory synthesis of PAJC are studied and optimized.
