摘要
FD96是一种酚醛树脂基堵剂,地面粘度很低,在适宜的pH(9—11)和温度(60—110℃)下可在31.5—4.2小时内固化,固结物致密,对岩芯的封堵能力很强。本文报道了该堵剂的组成,合成诸因素对堵剂性能的影响,堵剂抗盐抗钙和抗油污染的能力,岩芯封堵能力,在中原油田七个断块应用该堵剂封堵油、水井高出水层和套管漏失取得的良好效果。
FD96 is a particlefilling aqueous phenolformaldehyde (PhF) gelling fluid which hardens in 4.2-31.5 hrs at 60-110 and pH 9-11. It is composed of a PhF precondensate (resol), a coupling agent, a filler, a pH adjasting agent. In this paper, the composition variables, pH value, and temperature on hardening time and strength, tolerencies to salt, calcium and oil contaminations and phugging capacity for cores are investigated. The uses of this fluid for plugging intensive waterproducing zones(in oil wells) and highly permeable zones (in injection wells) and for repairing heavy leakage in casing wall at seven blocks of Zhongyuan oil fields are presented.
