摘要
通过除氧速度和空气氧化速度测定,研究了焦性没食子酸对亚硫酸盐自动氧化的阻滞作用。研究结果表明,铜离子作为自由基链反应引发剂,能够加速亚硫酸盐与氧的反应;焦性没食子酸作为自由基链反应终止剂,能够消除亚硫酸盐氧化过程中生成的自由基,从而抑制亚硫酸盐与氧的反应,且不受水的pH值、碱度和硬度成分的影响。这一研究结果再次证实了亚硫酸盐与氧反应的自由基机理并构划了防止除氧剂硫酸盐以水溶液状态贮存时失效的有效方法。
The inhibition of sulfite oxidation by pyrogallic acid was investigated in oxygen scavenging and air oxidation experiments. The results obtained show that Cu2+ as radical initiator accelerate the reaction of sulfite with oxygen and pyrogallic acid as radical absorbent removes the radical produced and thus inhibits the oxidation reaction. The pH value, hardness or alkalinity of the aqueous solutions exert nearly no effect on the inhibition reaction. Using the experimental results a free radical chain mechanism of sulfite oxidation is evidenced again and the way of preventing sulfite solution from failure in storage is suggested.
