摘要
采用模拟空气氧化法,腐蚀试验法和电化学法研究了催化亚硫酸盐在含氧水中的自动氧化及对20g钢的防腐蚀作用。结果表明,在相同的水质条件下,亚硫酸盐和催化亚硫酸盐都能使钢的电位剧烈负移并抑制腐蚀的阴极过程,但催化剂的加入使亚硫酸盐的稳定性和防腐蚀性能降低。根据实验研究结果,认为目前公认的除氧机理及采用催化亚硫酸盐防腐蚀的流行作法值得商榷。
The autoxidation of and the corrosion inhibition by catalyzed sulfite in oxygencontaining water have been investigated. The results of electrochemical determinations show that both sulfite and catalyzed sulfite move the potential of steel sharply towards the negative direction and inhibit the cathodic process of corrosion. However, catalyst reduces the anticorrosive effect and storage stability of sulfite as is shown in simulative oxidation and corrosion experiments. Therefore, the currently accepted concepts of oxygen scavenging and corrosion inhibition by catalyzed sulfite are discussible ones.
