摘要
针对胜利孤岛油田试验区高粘油特性,采用以酚醛树脂为起始剂的聚醚作主剂,复配以阴离子表面活性剂、有机酸、氢氧化钠、有机溶剂,研制了注蒸汽采油用化学剂(薄膜扩展剂)HCS1,在该试验区23口蒸汽吞吐井使用获得了成功。本文介绍了该剂的配方原理、配方筛选、配方物性能(扩展压力,脱水降粘能力,起泡性能,动态洗油能力及高温岩芯驱油能力)、在13口可对比井应用的效果及效果分析。
A thermal recovery chemical agent(thinfilm spreading agent), HCS1, for highly viscous crude production is specially prepared by compounding a phenolic resininitiated polyether with anionic surfactant, NaOH, organic acid and solvents and is used successfully in 23 steam huffpuff wells in an experimental area of Gudong Oil Fields, Shengli. This paper introduces the principle and optimation of formulations, the performance properties(spreading pressure, dehydrating/viscosityreducing, oilwashing, foaming, and hightemperature oildisplacing capacities)of both original and thermally aged compositions, and the results of field tests of HCS1 in 13 wells.
