摘要
研究了聚合物浓度、pH、温度及Ca2+浓度对低浓度部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)凝胶成胶行为的影响。实验结果表明:随着体系中聚合物浓度的降低,成胶速度降低,所成凝胶的强度和稳定性降低,成胶的pH范围变窄。在成胶的pH范围内,pH愈高,则成胶速度愈快,所成凝胶的强度愈高,稳定性也愈好。温度增高时成胶速度加快,凝胶的稳定性变差。Ca2+浓度增大时所成凝胶的强度下降。
The effect of polymer (HPAM) concentration, pH, temperature and calcium ion concentration on gel formation of low concentration HPAM/Cr3+ aqueous solutions(mass ratio HPAM/Cr3+ 15/1, Na+ concentration 5000 mg/L) is studied. The experimental results show that with HPAM concentration derceasing the gelation rate and the gel strength and stability decrease and the pH range for gels to be formed becomes narrow. In this pH range the higher the pH value the higher the gelation rate and the gel strength and stability are. With temperature rising the gelation time is shortened and the gel stability lowered. The gel strength is decreased with the increase of calcium ion concentration.
