手术联合超高频皮肤整形治疗仪及激光治疗创伤性文身

Treatment of traumatic tattoos by surgery,ultra-high frequency skin plastic operators and laser

目的:探索创伤性文身的最佳治疗方法。方法:根据创伤性文身的不同临床表现,联合或分别采用手术、超高频皮肤整形治疗仪及激光治疗患者51例,其中27例采用联合治疗,8例采用手术治疗,6例采用调Q开关激光治疗,10例采用超高频皮肤整形治疗仪治疗。结果:51例患者,治愈39例,好9例,较好2例,差1例,治疗后合并增生性瘢痕患者5例。结论:创伤性文身临床表现多种多样,单一的治疗方法无法取得满意的效果,联合多种方法治疗能达到尽量去除异物颗粒,保留正常皮肤组织及外形,获得最佳治疗效果的目的。

Objective To explore the best treatment of traumatic tattoos.Methods Acordding to the clinical characteristics of different traumatic tattoos,there were 27 outpatients treated with combination of surgery、ultra-high frequency skin plastic operators and laser,8 cases with surgery,6 cases with laser,10 cases with ultra-high frequency skin plastic operators.Results The ＂clear＂ lightening results were achieved in 39 cases,＂excellent ＂achieved in 9 cases,＂good ＂achieved in 2 cases,＂poor＂ achieved in 1 case.There were 5 patients got the hypertrophic scars post treatment.Conclusion The traumatic tattoos have a variety of presentations.Only one method cannot achieve satisfying results.Combination of surgery,ultra-high frequency skin plastic operators and laser may cause selective removal of the foreign paticles with sparing of the surrounding tissue,and keeping the normal contour.
