摘要
选用高铬刚玉为耐火骨料,酚醛树脂和PVB为粘结剂,确定了高铬钢铸件V法醇基涂料的最佳配比,考察了涂料的多种性能,并进行了生产验证。结果表明,该涂料性能优良、成本低廉,有广泛的推广价值。
Taking high chromium corundum as refractory aggregating material,and phenol resin and PVB as bonding agent,the optimum ratio of alcohol based coating prepared by V process was definited.The multi-properties of the coating were validated in production.The results show that the coating material has good property and low cost,therefore it has the valve for itself to be widely popular.
