摘要
针对16000kN摩擦压力机上开式模锻大圆锥齿轮锻件时出现锻件打不靠、充不满的问题,合理设计锻造工艺及模具,采用自由锻制坯、半闭式模锻成型的工艺,解决了生产该锻件时设备载荷能力不足的问题,获得了力学性能和几何尺寸优于开式模锻的锻件,同时也降低了材料消耗。
Aimed at the problem which large conical gear forgings can not be overflowed and completed by open-die forging on 16000 kN friction press because of the equipment's capacity,through rational design of forging process and die,employing following process,forging billet with flat die forging,forming with semi-closed die,the problem of insufficient equipment load was solved,and the better mechanical property and physical dimension of the forging was obtained under semi-closed die forging than that under open die forging,the material consumption was reduced too.
