摘要 以硝酸盐为原料,外加一定量PVA的溶胶-凝胶法制备La0.7Sr0.3-xCaxFe0.8Co0.2O3(LSCFC,0.1≤x≤0.2)系列阴极材料,XRD、SEM对LSCFC晶体结构、微观形貌以及与Ce0.8Sm0.2O2电解质相容性进行研究分析。实验结果表明:900℃煅烧2h,LSCFC形成了晶格膨胀的畸变钙钛矿结构,La0.7Sr0.2Ca0.1Fe0.8Co0.2O3相对LaFeO3晶胞体积膨胀率为43.85%,随着x从0.1增大到0.2,LSCFC晶胞体积膨胀率减小1.3%。La0.7Sr0.2Ca0.1Fe0.8Co0.2O3粉料与Ce0.8Sm0.2O2电解质在1200℃下烧结5h后具有良好的化学相容性。 With nitrate as raw material,the cathode materials of La0.7Sr0.3-xCaxFe0.8Co0.2O3(LSCFC,0.1≤x≤0.2)were made by A certain amount of PVA sol-gel method.The crystal structure,micro-appearance of LSCFC were analyzed by XRD,SEM.Analysis of LSCFC compatibility with the electrolyte Ce0.8Sm0.2O2.The results showed that: LSCFC was calcined at 900℃ by 2h,it formed a expansible lattice distortion perovskite structure.Compared with LaFeO3,La0.7Sr0.2Ca0.1Fe0.8Co0.2O3 cell volume expansion rate was 43.85%,With x increasing from 0.1 to 0.2,LSCFC cell volume expansion ratio decreased 1.3%.La0.7Sr0.2Ca0.1Fe0.8Co0.2O3 had good chemical compatibility with Ce0.8Sm0.2O2 at 1200℃ for 5h.
