摘要
悬浮法制备了高岭石/乳酸插层复合物,产物经XRD、FI-IR表征,探讨了工艺条件对复合物插层率的影响,并考察了插层复合物的稳定性。结果表明:室温下,等电点(pI)附近,外加20%(体积分数)水,搅拌时间24h,插层率可达81%,高岭石/乳酸插层复合物出现0.94nm、0.89nm、0.82nm 3个衍射峰,插层复合物热稳定性和抗洗脱能力较差。110℃烘干时,乳酸分子可以发生层间聚合,层间距可达到1.24nm。
The kaolinite/lactic acid intercalation compound was prepared by suspension method,then the product characterized by the X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR).And discussed the influence of the process conditions on intercalation rate and investigated the stability of intercalation compound.The results showed that: at room temperature,about iso-electric point(pI),plus 20%(V%) water,stirring time 24h,intercalation rate can up to 81%.The intercalation compound appeared 3 diffraction peaks: 0.94nm,0.89nm,0.82nm,and which thermal stability and resistance to elution were poor.Lactic acid molecules can polymerize between the kaolinite layers at drying temperature of 110 ℃,which layer spacing up to 1.24nm.
