摘要
介绍了冷冻机组的运行与控制,分析了冷冻机组振动联锁停车的原因。通过采取拆洗冷凝器,换热管消漏和在线清洗,在冷凝器筒体外加喷淋水,整定蒸发器比例-积分-微分控制器(PID)参数,提高转速以及对蒸发器气相阀进行适当的阀位限制等措施可防止轴振动变大而联锁停车,延长机组运行时间,最终从根本上解决了机组的运行问题。
The operation and control of refrigerating unit were introduced, and the causes for vibration chain shutdown of it were analyzed. Some measures were adopted to prevent chain shutdown caused by expansion of shaft vibration,including unpieking and washing the condenser, leakage prevention and on - line cleaning for heat exchange tube, setting spray water outside the main body of condenser, settling the proportion - integral - derivative (PID) controller' s parameters for the condenser, increasing rotating speed and appropriately limiting the valve location of gas - phase valve. These measures prolonged the operating time of refrigerating unit, and fundamentally settled the problems in its operation.
