摘要
运用流体力学理论,通过建立伯努利方程对砂石泵吸程进行详尽剖析,指出泵的实际吸程与泵的负压值、泥浆密度有关。泵的吸程将用于克服速度水头损失、沿程损失、泵的相对安装高度和携带钻渣时所产生的钻杆内外压差。对改善反循环工况提出了相应技术措施。
According to the theory of fluid mechanics and by the use of established the Bernoulli equation,the author has in more detail analyzed the absorbing height of slime pump,and indicated that the real absorbing height is related to the negative pressure value and mud density of the pump.The absorbing height of pump will be used in conquering the losses of speed head and distance head and the relative installed height of the pump,as well as the both sides pressure difference of drill stem produced to carry the cavings.Lastly,the author has put forward some appropriate technical measures to improve the working condition of reverse circulation.
