Determination of 12 pesticides residues in tea by gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立同时检测茶叶中12种有机磷和有机氯农药残留的气相色谱法。方法:用丙酮和石油醚混合溶剂浸提,石墨化碳柱固相萃取。采用电子捕获检测器、程序升温、OV-1701(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱气相色谱法检测。结果:12种农药的回收率为79.0%~102.1%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.87%~3.34%;检出限为0.008 mg/kg~0.051 mg/kg;12种农药线性范围为0.1 mg/L~15.0 mg/L,相关系数r≥0.9923。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于分析茶叶中的12种有机磷和有机氯农药残留含量。 Objective:To establish gas chromatographic method for the determination of organochlorine and organophosphorous pesticide residues in tea.Methods:The analytes were extracted with acetone and petroleum ether,purified with graphite carbon column and detected by ECD.Results:The average recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSDs)for the analysis were in the range of 79.0%~102.1% and 1.87%~3.34%%(n=5),respectively.The limits of detection were 0.008 mg/L~0.051 mg/L.Good linearities were obtained in the concentration ranging from 0.1 mg/L~15.0 mg/L,the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.9923.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,sensitive which can meet the needs for organochlorine and organophosphorous pesticide residues in tea.
