气质联用法同时检测尿及组织中的克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺残留 被引量:6

Using gas chromatography and mass spectrometer to determine clenbuterol and ractopamine in animal urine and tissue simultaneously

摘要 目的:进一步探讨生物材料及动物肌肉组织中β2-兴奋剂的检测方法,并为药物的安全评价和合理利用提供科学数据。方法:采用气质联用法同时检测动物组织和尿样中的克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺,优化样品前处理条件和检测参数,并根据检测结果推测了莱克多巴胺衍生物可能的裂解机理。结果:采用该方法,克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺的线性关系良好,r2分别为0.9998和0.9966,相对标准偏差RSD分别为5.621%和8.829%,其检出限分别可达到0.1 ppb和4.5 ppb。结论:本文所用方法可完全满足生物材料和组织中盐酸克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺同时检测的需要。 Objective:A new method was developed for simultaneous determination of clenbuterol and ractopamine in animal urine and tissue.Methods: Gas chromatography and mass spectrometer were used.The pre-treatment and program parameter were optimized.And the possible mechanism of ractopamine derivation was concluded.Results:The relative coefficients(r2) of clenbuterol and ractopamine standard curves were 0.9998 and 0.9966,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 5.621% and 8.829%,respectively.Conclusion:Such methods were successful for simultaneous determination of clenbuterol and ractopamine in animal urine and tissue.
