酶化学法中人血浆代替兔血浆测定有机磷农药

Determine the nature of organic phosphoric pesticide by using plasma of human to replace plasma of rabbit in the enzyme chemical method

目的:建立一种准确、快速、实用的有机磷农药定性测定的方法,为临床医生提供有效的抢救方案。方法:在酶化学法中,用市售有机磷农药与有机磷标准物质相比对,用普通人常规体检的剩余血浆与兔血浆相比对,定性测定有机磷农药。结果:在酶化学法中用市售有机磷农药可以代替有机磷标准物质,用普通人的血浆可以代替兔血浆对有机磷农药进行定性测定。结论:在酶化学法中用普通人的血浆可以代替兔血浆对有机磷农药进行定性测定,灵敏度高,简便易行,能满足基层疾控工作的实际需要。

Objective：To establish an exact,fast and useful method of detecting organic phosphoric pesticide will supply an emergency treatment scheme for the clinical doctor.Methods： In the enzyme chemical method,comparing organic phosphoric pesticide sold in the market with the normal substance of organic phosphorus,moreover,comparing residual plasma of conventional physical examination of people with plasma of rabbit,organic phosphoric pesticide was determined the nature.Results： Organic phosphoric pesticide could be determined the nature by using organic phosphoric pesticide sold in the market to replace the normal substance of organic phosphorus and using plasma of human to replace plasma of rabbit.Conclusion： In the enzyme chemical method,organic phosphoric pesticide could be determined the nature by using plasma of human to replace plasma of rabbit,furthermore,it is high sensitive and feasible,which is satisfied for practical requirement of skeleton disease control work.
