毛细管柱气相色谱法测定饮料中环己基氨基磺酸钠

Determination of sodium cyclamate in drinks by capillary gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立快速、简便测定饮料中环己基氨基磺酸钠的毛细管气相色谱检测方法。方法:样品在酸性条件下与亚硝酸钠反应,生成环己醇亚硝酸酯,通过HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱分离测定含量。结果:在0.10 mg/ml~4.00 mg/ml浓度范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为y=7E+06x-672551,相关系数为0.9997,相对标准偏差小于4.2%,加标回收率在90.0%~98.8%,最低检出浓度为5μg/ml。结论:本方法灵敏度高,检出限低,且分析时间短,可以用于大批量样品的检测分析。 Objective:To develop a rapid and simple method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in drinks by capillary gas chromatography.Methods:The sodium cyclamate in sample was reactived with nitrous salt in acid medium,separated and determined by HP-INNOWAX capillary gas chromatography.Results:Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0.10 mg/ml~4.00 mg/ml,relational coefficient being r=0.9997.The relative standard deviation was below 4.2%.The recovery was between 90.0%~98.8%.Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid and sensitive with low detection limit,and it can be applied to the batch of sample analysis.
