摘要
目的:建立食品中PG、THBP、BHT、EMQ、NDGA、BHA、OG、Ionox-100、DG和TBHQ 10种脂溶性抗氧化剂的快速分离液相色谱法(RRLC,Rapid Resolution LC)。方法:样品经乙腈提取浓缩后,使用SB-C18液相色谱柱进行液相色谱分析,采用外标法定量。结果:在添加水平范围内,10种抗氧化剂的添加回收率在66.4%~116.3%之间,相对标准偏差4.2%~7.4%。结论:方法准确度和稳定性好,操作快捷,测定下限能够满足限量要求。
Objective:To develop a RRLC method for the determination of PG,THBP,BHT,EMQ,NDGA,BHA,OG,Ionox-100,DG and TBHQ in foods.Methods: The fat-soluble antioxidants in samples were extracted with acetonitrile,the separation was performed on a SB-C18 column,and quantified by the external standard curve.Results: The recoveries were 66.4%~116.3%,with relative standard deviations between 4.2% and 7.4%.Conclusion: The method is accurate and suitable for the identification and quantification of fat-soluble antioxidants residue in foods.
