高效毛细管电泳法测定美白去斑类化妆品中氢醌的含量

Determination of hydroquinone in whitening refining cosmetics by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE)

目的:建立高效毛细管电泳分析法测定美白祛斑类化妆品中氢醌(对苯二酚)含量的方法。方法:采用未涂层弹性融硅石英毛细管柱;以Tris、柠檬酸、甲醇(9∶9∶1)为电泳运行液;分离电压20 kV;重力进样10 s(高度20 cm);检测波长254 nm。结果:氢醌在50～550 g/ml范围内呈线性,R2=0.9996,回收率为98.58%～101.9%,RSD为0.36%,检出下限为0.2746μg。结论:该方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,重复性好,样品消耗量少,适用于各类化妆品中氢醌的测定。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of the hydroquinon in freckle removing cosmetics by capillary electrophoresis.Methods：The separation was performed on a uncoated fused silica capillary.Tris and citric acid and methanol（9∶9∶1）buffer solution was selected for the running buffer.The applied voltage was 20 kV.The sample was injected by gravity（10 s,20 cm）.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results：The linear range of determination for hydroquinon were 50～550 g/ml（R^2=0.9996）.The recovery was from 98.58% to 101.9% with precision of 0.36%（RSD,n=6）,the detection limit was 0.2746 μg.Conclusion：The method proved to be conveient,rapid and well repeatable,and it can be used for quantitative determination of the hydroquinon.
