摘要
目的:建立快速检测人血液中乙醇的气相色谱测定方法。方法:血液用水稀释后采用GDX-103玻璃填充柱-FID检测器测定,以保留时间定性,峰面积(或峰高)外标法定量。结果:在最佳分析条件下,血液中乙醇在10μg/ml~200μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系(r>0.99)。方法最低检出限为5μg/ml。方法的回收率为92.9%,精密度RSD为4.17%~7.22%。结论:该法测定人血液中乙醇快速、简便、灵敏,结果准确可靠。
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of ethanol in blood.Methods:Blood was diluted by water and then the diluent was used for analysis by GDX-103 packed column of glass-FID detector measured.The ethanol were assessed by gas chromatography and quantified by an external standard calibration technique.Results:Linear regression correlation coefficients greater than 0.99 are obtained for ethanol form 10 μg/ml to 200 μg/ml concentration range.The limit of detection for ethanol is 5 μg/ml.The recovery of the ethanol in the sample was 92.9% and the relative standard deviation was 4.29%.The precision for the samples was RSD 4.17%~7.22%.Conclusion:Simpleness and speediness of the analytical method was confirmed.The method is sensitive and accurate.
