Direct determination of cadmium in whole blood with platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立快速有效减少基体干扰的预处理方法。方法:通过比较不同化学改进剂系列对血镉测定的影响。选择0.1%PdCl2/0.05%Mg(NO3)2混合液为化学改进剂,以0.2%TritonX-100/0.1%HN03作稀释液对血样适当稀释后,直接用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉的含量。结果:本法检出限为0.04μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.2%~8.1%,平均回收率大于95%。应用本法对质控牛血标样中血镉进行测定,结果均在真值的质控范围内,符合率为100%。结论:本法所选化学改进剂对消除血镉测定中的基体干扰效果良好。 Objective:To establish a method for reduction of matrix interference rapidly and effectively.Methods:Several modifiers were tested for the determination of cadmium in whole blood by platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and the mixture of 0.1%PdCl2/0.05%Mg(NO3)2 was chosen as the matrix modifier.The whole blood was diluted with the mixture of 0.05% TritonX-100/0.1% HN03 and determined directly.Results:The detection limit of this method was 0.04 μg/L.The relative standard deviation was in the range of 4.2%~8.1% and the average recovery was more than 95%.Application of this method for quality control of cattle blood samples with blood cadmium were determined,the results were in the true value of quality control within the coincidence rate of 100%.Conclusion:To choose chemical modifier was effective in the elimination of matrix interference for the determination of cadmium in whole blood.
