摘要 目的:建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法快速测定食品中Pb和Cr的方法。方法:使用微波炉消解食品试样制备待测溶液,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中的Pb、Cr两种微量元素的含量。结果:Pb、Cr两种元素检出限分别为4.8μg/kg、0.18μg/kg,加标回收率均在95%以上,相对标准偏差在2.1%~4.4%。结论:本方法样品前处理简单、快速、试剂用量少,检测结果准确度高、精密度好,能满足食品中Pb、Cr含量的测定要求,值得推广使用。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of lead and chromium in food by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods:A microwave rapid digestion of food samples-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of lead and chromium in food system was established.Results:The detection limits of lead and chromium were 4.8 μg/kg and 0.18 μg/kg respectively and the average recovery of standard addition was above 95 percent while RSD was 2.1%~4.4%.Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid of sample preparation with less reagent,high accuracy and precision of test results in food system to meet food requirements of the determination of lead and chromium.
