精液巨细胞病毒感染及与男性不育关系的研究

Relationship of cytomegalovirus infections and male infertility

目的:探讨人巨细胞病毒感染与男性不育的关系。方法:分析85例男性不育患者病毒感染状况,采用核酸扩增PCR荧光定量技术进行病毒检测,计算机自动分析精子活率和活力,精子形态检测系统下人工修正方法进行精子形态分析。结果:85例男性不育精液样本中人巨细胞病毒阳性率3.8%,与15例生育组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),病毒感染阳性组精子密度、精液pH值、精液量、液化时间、形态正常精子百分率与病毒感染阴性组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。病毒感染阳性组精子的头部畸形率显著高于病毒感染阴性组(P<0.05)。结论:人巨细胞病毒感染可能导致精子头部畸形,人巨细胞病毒感染与男性不育间可能存在联系。

Objective：To study relationship between cytomegalovirus infections and male infertility.Methods： Sperm samples were obtained from 85 patients of male infertility,the viruses were detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction（PCR）,the sperm morphology and sperm vitality analysis using semiautomatic sperm morphology analyzer was performed.Results： Cytomegalovirus positive rate was 3.8% in 85 semen samples of patients,which group was markedly higher than that of virus negative group（P〈0.05）.Sperm concentration,semen pH,semen volume,liquefying time and the percentage of normal morphology sperm of virus positive group were no statistics difference in comparison with virus negative group（P〉0.05）.The percentage of head abnormal sperm of virus positive group were markedly higher than that of virus negative group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Infection of cytomegalovirus may be able to lead to the percentage of head abnormal sperm increased.Cytomegalovirus infection may have correlation with male infertility.
