储良龙眼及其种植土壤中矿物质元素的含量分析

Chu-liang longan and soil content of chemical element analysis

目的:通过分析广东高州出产的储良龙眼及其种植土壤中矿物质元素的含量,了解食用安全性,并为平衡施肥提供科学信息。方法:用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对储良龙眼及种植土壤的11种化学元素进行测定。结果:储良龙眼含有丰富的营养元素,而有害元素含量极低,且它对K、Mg有富集特征;其种植土壤中Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu含量偏低。结论:高州储良龙眼是安全食品,种植时要及时补充土壤中缺乏的营养元素,而且施肥要注重均衡。

Objective：Analysis of Gaozhou Chu-liang longan and the soil content of mineral elements,aware of food safety,and to provide scientific information for the balanced fertilization.Methods：Use FAAS to determine 11 mineral elements of Chu-liang longan and the soil.Results：Chu-liang longan is rich in nutrients,but low content of harmful elements,and it has the characteristics of a large number of collection k,Mg;the planting soil Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu content is low.Conclusion：Gaozhou Chu-liang longan is safe food,to replenish the soil lack of nutrients when planting,but also should pay attention to balanced fertilization.
