摘要 通过数学建模,对GB/T20361-2006[1]HPLC法测定水产品中孔雀石绿残留量的不确定度进行评定。将各个分量量化,合成总相对标准不确定度:U(X)=0.040,取扩展因子为2,得测定结果的扩展测量不确定度:U95=0.10,测量结果报告:X=(1.25±0.10) Establishing a method to evaluate the uncertainty of the Malachite Green residue in Aquatic Product through a mathematical model.The residue was detected by HPLC according to GB/T20361-2006.Qualified each component and synthesized them into the total relative standard uncertainty: U(X)=0.040.The expanded measuring uncertainty of the detecting results would be U95=0.10,assuming that the expanded factor was 2.And therefore the report of the result would be X=(1.25±0.10)μg/kg.
