牛磺酸联合葛根素对2型糖尿病大鼠血液流变学的影响

Effects of taurine combined with puerarin on hemorheology of rats with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨牛磺酸联合葛根素对2型糖尿病大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为糖尿病组(DM组)、单用牛磺酸组(Tau组)、单用葛根素组(Pue组)和牛磺酸联合葛根素组(Tau+Pue组)。8周后,测4组大鼠血浆葡萄糖、糖化血红蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及血液流变学指标。结果与糖尿病组相比,单独应用牛磺酸或葛根素均能不同程度地降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖、MDA和糖化血红蛋白,升高造模大鼠的SOD;并且降低大鼠全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数,提高红细胞变性指数。而牛磺酸与葛根素联合使用不仅使上述变化更加明显,而且还能明显降低血浆黏度、红细胞压积和红细胞刚性指数。结论牛磺酸联合葛根素能明显改善糖尿病大鼠的血液流变学。

【Objective】To observe the effects of taurine combined with puerarin on hemorheology of type 2 diabetic rats.【Methods】40 rats were divided into diabetes mellitus group（DM）,Taurine treatment group（Tau）,Puerarin treatment group（Pue） and taurine combined with puerarin treatment group（Tau＋Pue） at random.After having been treated with taurine for 8 weeks,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c） and the serum contents of glucose,superoxide dismutase（SOD）,malondialdehyde（MDA） were measured;The changes of hemorheology in different groups were detected respectively.【Results】Compared with DM group,taurine or ouerarin reduced the content of glucose,MDA and HbA1c and raised the activity of SOD.The levels of whole blood viscosity and the aggregation index of red blood cells were decreased and RBC deformability index was increased in taurine or puerarin treatment group rats.Moreover,besides these changes,taurine combined with puerarin also significantly reduced the levels of hematocrit,plasma viscosity and the rigidity index of red blood cells in the meanwhile.【Conclusion】Taurine combined with puerarin could improve hemorheology property in diabetic rats
