头孢曲松钠注射剂致严重不良反应相关因素分析

Analysis of severe adverse drug reactions caused by ceftriaxone sodium injection

目的了解头孢曲松钠严重不良反应发生的相关因素,为临床用药提供参考。方法对《重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库》2000年1月～2009年12月共10年的文献资料进行检索,共检索到符合条件的文献121篇,计病例134例,同时,湖南省药品不良反应监测中心于2004年1月～2009年12月之间收到因使用头孢曲松钠导致死亡的病例10例,共计病例144例。结合Excel电子表格和手工筛选,建立数据库,进行统计分析,统计内容包括患者的一般情况、ADR的表现及导致的系统-器官损害、ADR死亡原因等。结果 144例严重ADR中过敏性休克发生率最高,同时,过敏性休克也是头孢曲松钠不良反应致死的主要原因。结论临床应合理使用头孢曲松钠注射剂,并加强用药监护,以减少严重不良反应的发生。

【Objective】 To investigate the related factors of severe adverse drug reaction（ADR）cases caused by Ceftriaxone Sodium injection for reference of clinical practice.【Methods】The data of 134 cases of severe adverse drug reactions obtained from literature from January 2000 to December 2009 were statistical analyzed,10 cases fatal adverse drug reactions collected by Hunan Center for ADRs from January 2004 to December 2009,144 cases severe adverse drug reactions were statistical analyzed,binding Excel electron table and hand-made select,establishing ADR report forms data.The contents of statistics included general state of patients,medical establishment occurred severe adverse drug reactions,the damage of organ/system and cause of death.【Results】The occur rate of anaphylactic shock was tiptop among 144 cases severe adverse drug reactions.At the same time,allergic shock caused by Ceftriaxone Sodium injection is main causation of the death.【Conclusion】 Ceftriaxone Sodium should be rational used in clinical practice with strengthen monitoring to reduce severe adverse drug reactions.
