围生期颅内静脉窦血栓形成8例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 8 cases with perinatal intracranial venous sinus thrombosis

目的探讨围生期颅内静脉窦血栓形成的原因、临床特点及其治疗。方法回顾性分析8例围生期颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者的临床资料。结果 8例患者中,4例合并妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征),2例继发于产后大出血,2例继发于感染。结论围生期颅内静脉窦血栓形成主要与妊高征、血液高凝状态和感染等因素有关,孕产妇不明原因出现突然意识障碍、颅内压增高、局限性神经症状,应行头颅MRI或DSA检查确诊,并积极采取治疗措施。

【Objective】To investigate causes of the perinatal intracranial venous sinus thrombosis,the clinical features and treatment.【Methods】Retrospective analysis of 8 cases of perinatal intracranial venous sinus thrombosis in patients with clinical data was made.【Results】Of 8 cases,4 cases with pregnancy-induced hypertension,two cases of secondary postpartum hemorrhage,2 cases of secondary infection.【Conclusion】The perinatal intracranial venous sinus thrombosis is mainly related to pregnancy-induced hypertension,hypercoagulable state,and blood infections and other factors.Sudden unexplained disturbance of consciousness,intracranial hypertension or the limitations of neurological symptoms occur in maternal patients,MRI or DSA examination on the head should be helpful to diagnosis and treatment.
