介绍了干燥烟尘的性质,分析、比较了湿法除尘、电除尘、袋式除尘3种干燥烟尘除尘方式的优缺点。叙述了中原冶炼厂袋式除尘工艺的改造过程、措施及对除尘通风管道进行的优化设计。除尘器改造应用实践表明,精炼车间粉尘回收率大大增加,除尘效果良好。

The paper introduces the properties of dry dust. The advantages and disadvantages of wet dust remo-ring, electric precipitation and bag filter dust removing methods are analyzed and compared. The paper introduces the reform proce.ss of bag filter and the optimization design of dedusting ventilation pipe in Zhongyuan smelter. The reform practice shows that the recovery rate of dust increases obviously and the dedusting result is ideal.
