陇海─宝中─包兰环状铁路沿线区域旅游开发与旅游业的可持续发展

THE TOURIST EXPLOITATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURIST UNDUSTRY IN THE REGION ALONG LONGHAI - BAOZHONG - BAOLAN CIRCULAR RAILWAY

本文在揭示陇海─宝中─包兰环状铁路沿线旅游资源优势、剖析其旅游业发展现状的基础上，提出了该区域旅游业可持续发展的６条思路。

In 1995, with the Baozhong railway being open to thetraffic, a circular railway, which is consist of the railways of Longhai, Baozhong, Baolan and joins three railway pivotal cities── Lanzhou, Baoji, Zhongwei in the middle of Northwest China, appears spontaneously. Thus, the exploitation of tourism in the region along this circular railway becomes possible. For the purpose of fully utilizing the resources in the region, Strengthening its tourist attraction and promoting the westward strategical transfer of distribution of tourist exploitation in China, this article draws following conclusions by investigating on-the-spot and theoretically generalizing: (1) The region along the circular railway has distinct superiority for tourist ex- ploitation: abundant tourist resources, high values for exploiting, moderate location, great mar- ket potentiality; comparatively accessibility. (2)Restrictive factors cannot be ignored: shortage of exploitationfund, weakness in frastructure, not-so-good 'soft environment'. (3) In order to realize sustainable development of tourism, this region should comply with 6 conceptions: (a) grasp favorable opportunity, transform mentality and develop tourism as a new growth-pole of economy; (b)depend on point-axis and stress characteristics to build an unique, attractive, cir- cular tourist belt; (c)establish the concept of 'large tourism', promote the development of rel- ative industries and regional economy; (d) implement tourist exploitation to alleviate poverty, to enrich slum areas as soon as possible; (e) attract talents, strengthen service, earnestly im- prove 'soft environment' of tourism; (f)be based on the present, look to the future, protect the environment for future exploitation of tourism.
