全膝关节置换术不同方法术后镇痛效果的比较 被引量：4

摘要 人工膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty TKA）后重度疼痛发生率很高,主要是由于手术引起的神经刺激及炎症反应所致。本研究对全膝关节置换术病人实施关节腔内及关节周围注射药物复合硬膜外吗啡镇痛,并与实施硬膜外阻滞者比较,观察其镇痛效果,现报道如下。
