摘要
给纱速度超过2m/s时给纱装置引起的张力峰值和波动会导致针织物的质量降低。在安装测试装置情况下可测量分析给纱系统中各部分,如纱线本身、筒管、导纱孔、纱线制动装置(张力器)、纱线喂入装置以及整个系统等所引起的张力的高速动态效果。从研究结果看,降低纱线张力峰值和波动会改善织物质量。通过筛选实验方案和分析试验结果最终确定了给纱系统的最优化方案。
Tension peaks and fluctuation caused by yarn supply devices at yarn speed above 20 m/s on high speed circular knitting machines result in low quality knitwear. The systematic analysis of yarn supply system at a test setup allows the measurement of high dynamic effects on the yarn tension caused by the parts of supply equipment like yarn, bobbin, eyelet, yarn brake (tensioner) and yarn feeder, as well as the whole system. The reduction of yarn tension peaks and fluctuations which result in the improvement of knitwear quality have been achieved from the outcome of the investigations. Selected results of the investigations and basic approaches for the optimization of the supply system are presented.
