基于商业决策视角的伦理观研究述评 被引量:3

摘要 伦理观是指个体信奉的伦理哲学或伦理立场,它能引导个体感知、判断、选择与评价相关事件和行为。本文对商业决策视角的伦理观相关文献进行了梳理,主要从伦理观的概念、结构和测量,前因变量和影响效果以及不同国家和人群的伦理观差异等三方面进行了具体分析,并展望了未来的研究方向,以期为我国学者深入开展伦理观研究提供一些启示。
