摘要
有效教学理论近年引进我国之后,受到教育界的高度关注。但在如何正确理解有效教学理论的内涵和如何根据具体的教学环境应用该理论和科学地评价、证验教学的有效性等问题上,仍然存在着一些认识上的误区。有效教学作为一种教学效果,必须在主客体的联系中确立,在教与学的全过程中呈现,有效的要义在于教与学都符合法则;对有效教学理论的应用,必须从我国的实际出发,从城乡客观条件的差别出发,灵活创新;对教学的有效性的评价和证验,必须以教学实践的客观过程及其后果实事为依据;当前亟须尽快根据新课标的精神和有效教学目标,建立系统的支持有效教学评价的法则,推动教学质量真正有效的提升。
Effective teaching theory which was introduced into our country in recent years has received high attention from educational circles,but as for how to understand correctly the effective teaching theory's connotation,how to act and apply this theory according to the concrete teaching environment,and how to appraise scientifically the effectiveness of teaching,there remain some misunderstandings.This article holds the view that effective teaching must establish itself in the relation between subjects and objects,presenting itself in the entire process of teaching and learning,and the essence of effectiveness lies in its conformity to the principle.For the effective teaching theory's application,we think that we must embark from our country's reality have some innovation,taking into consideration the differences in the cities and countryside.For the appraisal of the validity of teaching,we must take the teaching practice objective process and the consequence as the basis.Currently we must establish principles to support effective teaching according to the spirits of the new curriculum and the effective teaching goal so as to promote the quality of teaching.
