摘要
采用调查法,从教师特征和课程特征入手,分别探讨教师学历、教师职称与课程类别、课程性质对高校学生评教分数的影响。研究发现,教师学历与教师职称对学生评教分数的主效应显著,但二者的交互作用不显著;课程类别、课程性质及其二者的交互作用均对学生的评教分数有显著的影响。
Students' evaluations or ratings of teaching is a process in which students evaluate their teacher's teaching quality,and it has been received much attention in educational psychology.This study explored the effects of the characters of teacher and course on students' evaluations of teaching.The results showed that the main effects of professional titles and academy degrees on students' evaluations of teaching were significant.The scale for instructor was lower than assistant and associate professor,but there was no difference between instructor and professor.The main effect of course types and the main effect of course characters were also significant,especially,the interaction effect between course types and course characters on the rating scale was significant.The simple effect tests revealed that the rating scale of intra-university elective course was higher than the obligatory course and intradepartment elective course for science and engineering,whereas the intra-department elective course for technique was higher than intra-university elective course and obligatory course,for art and social science,there were no difference among the three types.
