针对某微型车风窗四角处出现疲劳裂纹的问题，在对原模型利用有限单元法进行分析后，从结构的传力路线角度提出了对车身结构的一些改进措施，对原车型进行相应的结构凋整，使各零件符合其刚度的要求，并对车身结构改进的设计思路进行阐述。

Aims at the fatigue crack issues happened in four angles of windshield ofcertain mini-type vehicle, after analysis using finite element method for previous model,puts forward some improvement measures of body structure from structure stress pass line angle,makes relevant structure adjustment for previous vehicle model to make each part fit for its rigidity requirements,and expatiates from body structure improvement design idea.
