公共服务资源配置和运行方式的优化是推进城乡统筹发展的前沿问题。由网络技术深化而成的网格,能使资源充分共享,活动高度协同。本文在探索城乡统筹公共服务的动态模拟基础上,揭示了城乡统筹公共服务配置、沟通、协调与共享的网格机制,借助网格原理,设计了将分散在城乡不同地域、不同领域、不同发展水平的公共服务资源和公共服务方式整合成为一个高度共享、有序运动、最优的网格系统,以最大程度满足城乡统筹的公共服务需求。

The optimization of resource allocation and operation mode of public service is a frontier problem that promoting urban and rural harmonious development. The grid originating from net can share resources fully and cooperate with public service high- ly. This paper, designs a new resource allocation and operation system by means of grid principle, reveals the public service mechanism of allocation, communication, harmonization and sharing by exploring the dynamic simulation of urban and rural harmonious public service. This mechanism can integrate the dispersed resources and supplies of public service into an opti- mization system, which can maximally satisfy the demand of urban and rural harmonious public service.
