摘要
公务员考核是公务员管理体系中的重要环节,我国公务员考核制度实施时间比较短,有很多方面都亟待改进和完善。本文重点介绍和分析了唐代官吏考核制度与实践中比较科学的、积极的部分,包括考核的主体选择、内容与指标设置、程序与方法、考核结果的应用等方面,从中得到一些启迪和借鉴,并在此基础上对我国当代公务员考核提出一些有针对性的改进建议。
The assessment system of public servants is an important part of the public servant management system. As the assessment of public servants just began in China, obviously, more improvement and perfection for this system are urgently needed. This thesis analyses the assessment system of government officials in Tang Dynasty and compares it with the system currently using in China, so as to discover its great significance to improving and perfecting the assessment system of public servants in contemporary China.
