我国省级行政管理成本的探索性空间数据分析

Exploratory Sequential Data Analysis of Administration Cost in China

基于全局和局部空间自相关指数,本文利用1996～2005年省级人均行政管理成本数据,对中国省级行政管理成本的总体空间动态演变格局、集聚中心和孤立点的空间转移路径以及局部空间差异进行了探索性分析。结果表明,首先,总体上人均行政管理成本在全国范围具有较好的空间结构性和空间关联性,MoransI值呈现出波动性减小趋势;其次,人均行政管理成本集聚中心和孤立点的空间转移存在一定的规律性,表现为西部板块的高值集聚分布和中部板块的低值集聚分布;最后,从局部来看,人均行政管理成本与区域经济发展水平并不是单纯的正相关或负相关关系,两者之间表现为复杂的空间关联关系。

Methods of spatial autocorrelation indicators were employed to analyze the spatial variation of administration cost per person in China （ 1996 - 2005 ）. The results indicate that the administration cost showed obvious spatial cluster pattern, and the val- ue of Moran＇s I showed reducing trend in volatility; the spatial transfer of clusters and outliers showed definite rules, and it showed the western section of the concentration distribution of high - value and the central section of Concentration distribu- tion of low - value ; the administration cost and the level of economic development showed complex spatial association.
