参附注射液联合丹红注射液治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病

Shenfu lnjection Combined with Danhong Injection for Acute Exacerbation on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:观察参附注射液联合丹红注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,均予吸氧、抗生素、支气管扩张剂、祛痰剂等,同时纠正水电解质紊乱及酸碱平衡失调等,治疗组加用参附注射液及丹红注射液静滴,两组均治疗14d;比较两组临床疗效、主要症状、动脉血气分析指标及血流变学指标改善情况。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为90.00%和83.33%;治疗组在一定程度上有效地降低血液黏度、红细胞比容、血沉和纤维蛋白原,降低二氧化碳分压、提高氧分压,并明显改善临床症状和体征。结论:参附注射液与丹红注射液联合治疗AECOPD疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical eficacy of Shenfu Injection combined with Danhong Injection in the treatment of AECOPD.Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Each group took same treatments.Such as oxygen therapy,antibiotics,bronchoclilators drugs,expectorant,et al.At the same time,correcting the electro1yte disorder and the acid-base imbalance were performed as well.In additional to these therapies,the treatment group was given Shenfu Injection combined with Danhong Injection.Two groups had 14 day treatments.These outcomes such as the clinical efficacy,the main symptoms,the blood gas analysis and the hemorheology indexes were measured before and after treatment.Results：The efficacy rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 83.33%.The treatment group could not only decrease the blood viscosity,hematocrit,ESR,fibrinogen and PaCO2 in some extent,but also improve patients symptoms and signs.Conclusions：The combination of Shenfu Injection and Danhong Injection has a obvious curative effect on AECOPD.
