厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗慢性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常42例的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Irbesartan Combined with Amiodarone Treatment Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Ventricular Arrhythmia of 42 cases

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗心衰并发室性心律失常的临床效果。方法:选择2007-11～2009-11收治的慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者82例,随机将上述患者分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予强心、利尿及扩血管等药物,同时给予胺碘酮片。治疗时间为10周。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予厄贝沙坦。治疗时间为10周。结果:两组患者治疗后,总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗心衰并发室性心律失常临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with amiodarone on chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods：82 cases with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were selected from November,2007 to November,2009,and were divided into two groups,observation group and control group.Drugs of strengthening heart、diuresis and vascular dilation were used to control group,and at the same time,amiodarone was used.On the base of the therapy of control group,irbesartan was give to observation group.The course of treatment in two group was 10 weeks.Results：After treatment,the total rate of clinical efficacy in observation group compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference,P 0.05.Conclusions：Irbesartan combined with amiodarone on chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia has significantly clinical efficacy,and the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
