经尺动脉径路冠状动脉介入术28例分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析经尺动脉径路行冠状动脉介入治疗的可行性和安全性。方法:回顾总结2008-06~2009-11我科28例疑似冠心病患者经桡动脉径路穿刺失败后改经同侧尺动脉径路行冠状动脉介入术的资料。结果:26例患者经尺动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入术获得成功,总成功率92.9%。手术均未引起穿刺点血肿、肌间血肿、尺动脉闭塞和尺神经损伤等严重并发症发生。结论:经尺动脉径路行冠状动脉介入术成功率高,无严重并发症,是一种安全、有效的冠状动脉介入方法,可作为桡动脉介入的补充途径,值得在临床实践中推广应用。
