“赣晚糯５号”是以高抗稻瘟病品种“ＭＹ８２１６６”为母本、“马坝香糯”作父本配制的组合，用系谱法经过七代选育而成的优质香糯品种。论述了优质香糯“赣晚糯５号”的选育进程、试验结果、品种特征特性、主要栽培技术、米质分析结果及其大面积试种和推广情况。并对优质香糯品种的选育经验进行了讨论和总结。

Ganwannuo 5',a new sweet-smelling indica glutinous rice variety with high quality and high yield was bred via linear selection from the cross between “MY82166' and“Mabaxiangnuo'. the paper discusses the breeding of “Ganwannuo 5',the results of its experiment,good traits of “Ganwannuo 5',the main technologies of its cultivation,the results of its rice analysis and the situation of its planting in large area.The suitable planting areas for “Ganwannuo 5' and the experiences in the breeding of indica glutinous rice variety with high yield,high quality and sweet-smelling are discussed.
