摘要
为修订《淀粉糖卫生标准》GB15203-2003,选择我国不同地区、不同规模的淀粉糖生产企业进行生产工艺、加工环境等卫生学调查,对采自于全国十省市20家生产企业的208份淀粉糖样品检测与分析,参考国内外相关标准,提出我国淀粉糖建议卫生标准。
For the purpose of revising Hygienic Standard for Corn Sweetener (GB15203-2003),starch sugar manufacturers of various sizes situated in different regions across China were selected into a hygienic survey,which covered aspects like manufacture technologies and processing environments.The survey also included assays and analysis on as much as 208 starch sugar samples by 20 manufacturers from 10 provinces/cities,the results from which were taken together with reference to related domestic and foreign standards as the basis for the proposal of China’s new safety standard for starch sugar.
