摘要
目的为了规范RRK-SR-Ⅱ型定量采样机器人不确定度的评定,使检测结果准确、可靠。方法本文利用定量采样机器人对风管内积尘量进行检测,分析各不确定度分量对测量结果的影响。结果结果显示当平均积尘量为20.0080g/m2时,其扩展不确定度为1.1064g/m2(K=2);当平均积尘量为1.1060g/m2时,其扩展不确定度为0.0977g/m2(K=2)。结论结果满足相对误差≤20%,相对偏差≤10%的标准,且本研究中的检测方法和计算过程适合于评定其他RRK-SR-Ⅱ型定量采样机器人不确定度。
Objective To standardize the uncertainty analysis of RRK-SR-Ⅱ quantitative sampling robot,which makes the results more accurate and reliable.Methods This research detected the dust inside the duct by quantitative sampling robot,aiming to analyze effects of every component on the final measurement results.Results The results showed that the expanded uncertainty was 1.1064g/m^2(K=2)when the average dust content was 20.0080g/m^2,the expanded uncertainty was 0.0977g/m^2(K=2)when the average dust content was 1.1060g/m^2.Conclusion The results met the relative error of ≤20%,relative standard deviation of ≤10%.The detection methods and calculation process used in this study also suit for the uncertainty analysis on other RRK-SR-Ⅱ quantitative sampling robots.
