摘要 系统研究了船体构件加工设备的配置技术,包括边缘加工设备和成形加工设备。在船体构件加工设备静态信息、动态信息建模基础上,进一步建立了设备能力模型。同时,通过面向设备能力评价—基于成组技术的船体构件编码系统,充分利用CBR技术,实现对工艺设备配置技术人员的技术和经验知识的继承和合理利用。运用模糊评判理论对设备进行综合能力的评判,为配置和调度提供技术支持。达到设备配置和管理的优化。 This system has mainly study the configuring of hull component machining equipments,including edge machining equipments and figuration machining equipments.Based on shipbuilding resource static and dynamic information modeling,it has built the equipment model of capability.Contemporary,by the hull component coding system based on group technology,and making the best of case-based reasoning technology,it has come to inherit and with reason make use of the skill and the experience knowledge of the process equipment configuring personnel.It gives the base of configuring and attempering by taking use of fuzzy judging theory on equipment integration capability.Finally,come to the equipment configuring of managing and optimizing,supply correspond information to the equipment attempering.
