摘要 临床中药学教学质量直接影响学生使用中药的能力,关系到中药临床应用的安全性、有效性及合理性。临床中药学实训教学就是要通过直观的、生动的、启发性的实践训练,强化学生的识药能力、对药性理论的融会贯通思维能力和辨证用药能力。在实训中,借助"模拟药房"载体,以药性理论为指导设计有意义的问题情境,引入PBL教学,以问题为主线,打破学科分界,贯通理法方药,结合教学案例探讨PBL教学模式在中药学教学中的应用。 Teaching quality of Clinic Chinese Pharmacy will produce direct impact on Chinese medicine application ability of students, and further affect the safety, effectiveness and reasonableness of clinical application of Chinese medicine. Clinic Chinese Medicine Practice is to strengthen the capacity of students on recognizing and using Chinese medicine by intuitive, vivid and inspirational training. During our practice, the authors set up a simulated pharmacy system, which was performing under the theory of medicinal property, to train students by problem based learning (PBL). During the training process of Clinic Chinese Pharmacy, subjects boundaries were broken up, the TCM theory, treatment,prescription and medicine were integrated, and medical cases for teaching were adopted.
