Probe into postgraduates training and education reform in China

研究生教育是我国高级人才培养体系的重要组成部分,但是目前仍然存在诸多缺陷。通过分析、总结目前存在的问题,从教育改革和创新的角度出发,提出了我国研究生教育应在借鉴发达国家成功经验的同时不断探索人才培养、学科设置、师资建设的新路子。

Postgraduate education is a crucial component of China＇s senior talents training system,but it has many defects.This paper sums up the problems existing at present through analyses and from the perspective of educated innovation,proposes that postgraduate education in China should learn from successful experiences in developed countries,while continuing to explore new ways of training qualified talents,subject setting and construction of teaching staff.
